Job summary

Disney’s Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA seeks a Staff Civil Engineer to lead design and sustainment of underground utilities, drainage, grading, soil evaluations, waterways, and foundational systems across resort assets. You will develop bid‑level construction documents, draft RFPs, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and Disney project teams to ensure code compliance and constructability.

Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in civil engineering design including utilities and drainage.
• Experience with design, procurement, and construction support.
• Current California P.E. registration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s Representative from concept through construction at Disneyland Resort.
• Develop contract documents and coordinate with in‑house and external resources.
• Prepare concepts and RFPs; participate in site visits and reviews.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and long‑term maintainability.
• Lead design coordination meetings and resolve design issues.
