Job summary

Langan in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on planning, design and permitting of civil, land development and infrastructure projects. You will gain experience across mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential, higher education, federal, and other land development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• EIT certification or FE exam registration is expected.
• Prior internship or professional experience in site/civil design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, schedules, cost estimates and designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related tools.
• Analyze soil, terrain, hydrological data and geologic information for project feasibility.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and project delivery.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
