Baptist Health System in San Antonio, TX seeks a Staff Chaplain to provide professional spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, regardless of age, race, or faith. The Chaplain will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, compassionate care within the facility.

Minimum education includes a graduate degree in theology with ACPE/NACC certification; preferred is a Master of Divinity and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university in theology or related field.
• Four Units of ACPE/NACC pastoral education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year pastoral/chaplaincy experience.
