Staff Change Management Technical Project Lead - R10188760-3

Join Northrop Grumman as a Staff Change Management Technical Project Lead and be part of a team working on revolutionary systems that impact lives globally. Our culture fosters innovation, diversity, and the pursuit of the impossible. This role is located onsite in Rancho Bernardo, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, Palmdale, CA, or El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop technical solutions and lead change request processes from preparation through approval and completion.
  2. Ensure change requests meet technical requirements and participate in Enterprise Technical Change Boards.
  3. Oversee enterprise technical, cost, and schedule performance for avionics projects.
  4. Support integration of Change Requests into the technical baseline.
  5. Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop project proposals, manage budgets using Earned Value Management, and track project progress.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position requires full-time onsite work and up to 10% travel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM + 12 years relevant experience, or Master’s + 10 years, or PhD + 7 years.
  • Knowledge of Technical Change Management Process.
  • Experience with project planning, cost, schedule, performance measurement, and Earned Value Management.
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.
  • Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP/PAR access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program management, proposal development, and supplier management.
  • Current Special Program Access.

Salary Range: $139,900 - $256,400. Benefits include health insurance, life/disability coverage, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO. Application review period is approximately 20 days.
