Job summary

FOCUS Catholic is seeking a Staff Care Program Director to own Suitability systems, background checks, and administrative upkeep of Staff Site Pages. You will engage in deputized fundraising to support your salary and advance our mission.

Responsibilities include keeping mental health pages up to date, leading communications around mental health resources, coordinating with Recruitment, and supporting the Director of Mental Health and Suitability with operations.

Staff Care provides world class investment in its people by providing care, counsel, and resources to help staff flourish as individuals and in their roles. The Staff Care Program Director is responsible for completing projects to support the Staff Care team and specifically the Director of Mental Health and Suitability. They will take particular ownership of Suitability systems and support, background checks, and administrative upkeep of Staff Care Staff Site Pages. They will engage in deputized fundraising and is expected to fundraise their salary.

For this role, we anticipate paying $40,000 - $72,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.

In this position, the candidatewill be expected to fundraise a minimum of $3,260 per month to support their work with FOCUS.
