    • Propose and implement solutions that may include process changes, system configuration, integrations, reporting, training, or role clarity.
    • Own standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core business workflows so institutional knowledge is documented and repeatable.
  • Business Systems Configuration and Administration

    • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, workflows, fields, rules, permissions, and user experiences.
    • Maintain data integrity through field standards, validation practices, de-duplication routines, and process controls.
    • Manage user access, roles, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding across supported business systems.
  • Data Governance Strategy and Policy
    • Lead development, documentation, and ongoing refinement of data governance policies and standards across FOCUS/FMF systems, including clear definitions for systems of record, data ownership, and stewardship.
    • Partner with the Director of Business Solutions to define data quality standards, data ownership, and stewardship practices.
    • Identify data governance risks and gaps across the organization and recommend remediation plans.
    • Ensure data governance practices abide by applicable legal and regulatory standards.
  • Systems Integration and Vendor Management
    • Manage how supported systems integrate across the data pipeline, including platforms such as CRMs, payment processors, Smartsheet, Power BI/Fabric, and other enterprise tools.

    • Provide budget input and recommendations on systems and tools that support CRM and data infrastructure needs.
  • Strategic Planning and Cross-Departmental Leadership
    • Provide strategic input on business systems, data governance, and process improvement roadmaps in partnership with IT leadership.
    • Translate high-level organizational goals into concrete, actionable solution plans across processes, systems, data, reporting, and adoption.
    • Lead and manage projects that span multiple departments, coordinating stakeholders toward shared data and process goals.
    • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on business systems, data governance, process design, and user adoption best practices for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Build, maintain, or support reports and dashboards that provide management insight, monitor process health, and support accountability.
    • Ensure reporting accuracy by maintaining strong underlying data governance practices.
    • Ensure FMF and FOCUS alignment on reporting.
  • Compliance, Security and Documentation
    • Ensure supported business system practices abide by relevant legal, regulatory, and data security standards.
    • Maintain data security and privacy practices for constituent data.
