Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Platform Procurement Program Manager to be based in Secaucus, NJ. This role focuses on end-to-end supply-demand optimization, inventory planning, and coordinating with master schedulers and suppliers to keep healthy inventories.

You will analyze shortages, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions while negotiating favorable terms with suppliers. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, EE or ME.
• 5+ years direct procurement/supply chain experience in OEM/ODM or server systems.
• Server products knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• MS Office with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

The Platform Procurement Program Manager is an individual contributor who will be responsible for end-to-end supply-demand optimization.**What You will Do*** Collaborate with counterparts to ensure end-to-end supply-demand optimization, such as; inventory analysis and planning, demand management, and logistics arrangement.* Understand demand from master schedulers and plan supply with suppliers to ensure healthy inventories.* Understand root causes for shortages and drive actions to recover in fastest possible duration.* Identify supply risks and prepare mitigation actions.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations.* Closely monitor details to ensure healthy supply.* Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, terms, and delivery.**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.* 5+ years of direct experience in a procurement and supply chain function in the Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 and $110,000 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
