We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM to join our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology team. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on advancing the systems that power our B2B Commercial teams — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
In this role, you’ll lead the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that optimize our go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on CRM. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve user experience, and ensure our technology stack supports scalable growth.
This is a key role in shaping how we connect our business strategy to systems execution. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of go-to-market processes and experience designing solutions in CRM systems. This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in PST.

What we offer:
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
