Ursa Major Technologies is seeking a Staff Business Operations Analyst to serve as the President’s right hand, connecting financial, operational, and strategic efforts. You will own high-impact, one-off projects, turning complex information into decision-ready insights that accelerate growth.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy or related high-growth environments, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to distill complexity into clear presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth operating roles.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with comfort building models and working with messy data.
• Ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling presentations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
• Defense, aerospace, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

The Role

The Staff Business Operations Analyst serves as the President’s right hand, connecting financial, operational, and strategic efforts across the company. You’ll take on a wide range of high-impact, one-off projects, turning complex information into clear, decision-ready insights that help the President make faster, more accurate calls to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the President
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning finance, operations, and strategy
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data into concise briefings, dashboards, and recommendations
• Drive priority initiatives from scoping through execution and follow-up
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, board discussions, and key customer and partner engagements
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the business and push for resolution
• Keep the President’s agenda focused on the highest-leverage decisions

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $140,000 - $175,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
