Job summary

Lyten is seeking an experienced BMS engineer to develop and test software for lithium-sulfur battery packs, focusing on SOC/SOH/SOP estimation and embedded controls. You will collaborate across teams to ensure robust design, document decisions, and mentor junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include MiL/HiL testing, battery modeling, and hardware-software integration to deliver reliable battery management solutions for next‑generation energy storage systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least seven years of BMS engineering experience.
• Experience developing BMS software and state estimation algorithms is essential.
• Experience with MiL/HiL testing and battery modeling is preferred.

Requirements
