Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
In this role, you will lead the system design process to analyze upstream requirements (vehicle architectures, vehicle product features, vehicle powertrain architectures, Pack design architectures), and align into the sub-system control architecture focused on battery control. You will be at the forefront of development decisions to determine the overall electronics control elements of the Battery Control System including all controllers, actuators, and sensors needed to achieve performance and safety of the battery product. You will lead the application and adoption of new and emerging technologies for optimization and improvement of the battery control system to maximize manufacturability, serviceability, cost, diagnostics, reliability, and many other metrics.
