Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software engineering required.
• Experience with large-scale API development and data processing.
• Strong cloud infrastructure and observability fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own delivery of complex, high-impact backend systems.
• Set technical direction and coding standards for backend teams.
• Design, develop, and deploy data-intensive applications in production.
• Drive AI tooling adoption and measure productivity gains.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build a GenAI-powered claim review platform.
• Own testing, system health, observability, and buy/build decisions.
