Outreach is seeking a Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer to help expand the Outreach CRM Sync vision. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance software systems that enable bi-directional data integrations with major apps like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, drive scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years backend development experience.
• Proven track record designing and building complex systems.
• Proficiency in Go or similar language.
• Experience with software architecture and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Experience with Agile is a plus.
