Job summary

Grafana Labs is hiring for a Cloud/Grafana-as-a-service leadership role. This remote position targets candidates in the US and Canada with strong Golang skills and experience building scalable SaaS platforms.

You will work across teams to refactor core architecture, improve reliability, and guide product direction. You will participate in on-call rotations and leverage AI-assisted development while maintaining high-quality standards and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong coding skills with operational experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms at scale and multi-tenant architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Code new features and improve reliability of systems.
