Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software development with backend focus.
• Experience as a technical lead making architectural decisions.

• Comfortable driving discussions across ambiguous ownership.
• Fintech, fraud systems, or risk domain experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and long-term roadmap for core systems supporting fraud prevention.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Design, build, and operate low-latency backend systems for real-time scoring.
• Partner with Data Science and ML teams to productionize models and pipelines.
• Establish best practices, review designs, and share technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and document learnings through writings and 1:1s.
• Navigate stakeholders and resolve cross-team issues with empathy.
