Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Math or related field.
• 6+ years backend development experience.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems.
• Proven ownership and delivery track record.
• Experience building ads serving systems.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-throughput data processing pipelines and serving infrastructure for real-time ad delivery.
• Engineer a next-generation data platform with self-service capabilities for production deployments.
• Bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating ads logic into distributed system architectures.
• Design and implement scalable workflow infrastructure using Temporal and Netflix Conductor.
• Benchmark platform performance, collect metrics, and publish reports.
• Ensure platform reliability with monitoring and alerting for high availability.
• Estimate capacity and provision clusters for diverse customer workloads.
• Monitor production systems, address incidents, and driveoperational improvements.
• Contribute to open-source platform components and codebases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure extensibility and innovation.
