• Experience acting as a tech lead.
• Strong system design skills for distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Scala, Go, Python.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Design, build, and ship backend systems for athlete-facing features.
• Act as tech lead, scoping and coordinating work.
• Partner with product managers and designers to shape features.
• Solve technical problems and lead pod execution.
