Qualifications

• 10+ years building large-scale backend or distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Java/Scala/Go/Python and microservices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and operation of core backend platform capabilities.
• Architect and scale distributed, high-availability systems with reliability and performance.
• Partner with Product/Design/Engineering leadership to translate business goals into scalable solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence across design, CI/CD, testing, GitOps, and operations.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and influence technical direction.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-driven approaches to improve platform capabilities and developer productivity.
