Glenmont Group has been engaged on the search for a Staff Attorney Supervisor to lead document review operations for a prestigious law firm. Location can be in either New York or DC. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing review teams, optimizing workflows, and driving quality outcomes on complex matters.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support staff attorneys and contractors across document review projects
• Manage onboarding, training, and workflow execution
• Monitor productivity and ensure review quality through metrics and reporting
• Collaborate with legal teams, litigation support, and eDiscovery vendors
• Provide performance feedback and maintain administrative oversight
  
  

What You Bring

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in document review (AmLaw 100/200 firm or major vendor)
• 2+ years of direct document review experience
• Active New York or DC Bar membership
• Expertise in EDRM, Relativity, and TAR/CAL technologies
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
