  • Assist with preparing and organizing document review memoranda and related litigation materials.
  • Identify overlap and commonality among cases, leveraging existing work product and document collections whenever possible rather than duplicating efforts across matters.

  • Coordinate with attorneys, litigation support, eDiscovery professionals, and other stakeholders to keep matters moving forward.
  • Help develop and maintain organized processes for managing documents and information across related litigation matters.

  • Support attorneys with other litigation and eDiscovery-related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing or coordinating document review projects and litigation deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to recognize similarities and overlap across cases and efficiently leverage existing work product and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
