• Brief cutting-edge constitutional and statutory issues with substantial governance impacts, take and defend depositions, handle discovery and motion practice, and provide strategic counsel to the client agency on non-litigation matters.
• Our attorneys have recently prevailed in multiple federal jury trials, argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court, and submitted briefs before the United States Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
