Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in good standing in PA.
• Experience handling civil litigation, including court appearances and case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil legal services to older crime victims, including protective petitions and related litigation.
• Represent victims in financial exploitation, housing, and family law matters to secure economic security.
• Coordinate with police and district attorneys; provide safety planning and trauma-informed support.
