SeniorLAW Center is seeking a Staff Attorney, Victim Services to provide direct legal services to older victims in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. The role focuses on civil legal matters, protective orders, and financial exploitation issues, with emphasis on trauma‑informed client engagement and community advocacy.

The position requires a J.D. and PA Bar membership, at least two years of civil litigation experience, and a commitment to assisting vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
• Minimum two years civil litigation experience, with courtroom time.
• Experience with victims of crime/violence and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of client representation in civil matters.
• Filing petitions, lawsuits, and related court documents timely.
• Provide safety planning and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
• Assist in community education and outreach as part of the project.
