Security First is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join our litigation team in Florida. The role focuses on first-party property matters, managing a caseload from filing through disposition, including trials and settlements.
You will conduct research, write legal analyses, depose witnesses, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. A JD from an accredited school and several years of trial experience are preferred, with hybrid onsite/remote work after probation.
Security First Managers is looking for an experienced first party property Staff Attorney. Successful candidates will use knowledge and skills learned in traditional legal fields to settle legal disputes that arise from claims and are responsible for conducting research, analysis and writing about complex legal issues as part of the Security First litigation team. The selected candidate will manage a caseload of litigated files.

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
One (1) to Five (5) years of first party property experience including trial experience
OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Five+ years of first party property experience
Demonstrated trial ability
First or Second chair trial experience
OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
