Accelerant Law is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our growing team in a flexible, supportive, and highly collaborative environment. This role is ideal for an attorney who is looking for a non-traditional or flexible schedule, values hands-on learning, and wants meaningful exposure to sophisticated estate planning and trust administration work.
The Staff Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of matters, including estate planning, trust administration, and private trust company operations. You will be directly involved in client work from the outset, with mentorship and guidance provided along the way. Prior experience in trusts and estates is preferred but not required—we are committed to training the right candidate who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
This position is open only to candidates who are physically located in Nevada and actively licensed to practice law in Nevada. The role will be a hybrid role, with a preference for the attorney to work from our Las Vegas office location 2 days per week.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, based on relevant experience.
