- The starting salary range for the Staff Attorney position is $82,305 - $89,440, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.

What you'll do:
- Evaluate and investigate incoming grievances based on the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct.
- Gather evidence related to attorney misconduct, judicial misconduct, medical incapacity, substance abuse, and the unauthorized practice of law.
- Communicate with grievants, judicial officials, attorneys, and the public regarding investigations.
- Prepare memoranda and closing letters regarding grievances and investigations.
- Assist in educating the bench and bar through CLE presentations, training sessions, and outreach initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and presenting cases before disciplinary boards.
- This position may require some travel throughout the state. The outside practice of law is prohibited.

Candidates must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted and in good standing in Ohio, and have practiced law for at least two years. This position reports to the Senior Assistant Disciplinary Counsel for Intake.
