Job summary

kosmos is looking for a Staff Attorney in Charleston, South Carolina to handle drafting and reviewing pleadings and making court appearances across West Virginia. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in creditor's rights or foreclosure, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Must have West Virginia Bar License.
• 1+ year experience in creditor's rights / foreclosure preferred but will train.
• Computer skills for state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings.
• Make court appearances throughout West Virginia.
• General support of the foreclosure process.

Growing Law firm in Huntington, West Virginia has a need for a Staff Attorney. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.

The position includes drafting and reviewing pleadings, court appearances throughout West Virginia, general support of the foreclosure process in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Ideally 1+ year experience in creditor's rights / foreclosure preferred but will train. Salary commensurate with experience.
