What You'll Do

• Drive sales through up-selling and cross-selling AAA products.
• Assist members with travel planning, including rentals, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling overflow calls for Roadside Assistance.
• Support store operations as a backup for cashiering and other services.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve store success.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and websites.
• Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Satisfactory background checks.
