Montgomery Law Firm is seeking a Remote Staff Assistant to join their team!!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Status: Full-time – This job will start as a contract role but can possibly become permanent in the future for an outstanding candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative assistance to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have a laptop, cell phone and reliable internet/WIFI.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field would be preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word as well as data entry.
