Job description

Senator Jacky Rosen is seeking a Staff Assistant for her Washington, D.C. office. Nevada ties are required. Successful candidates will have great interpersonal, customer service, time-management skills, a positive and solution-oriented personality, keen attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and calm in fast paced environments. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging tours, and assisting the Administrative Director and other staff with projects as assigned. The ability to juggle multiple projects and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required. Bilingual (in English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
