• 7+ years in application security or related roles.
• 5+ years programming or scripting in Java/Python/JS/C#/C/C++/PowerShell/Shell.
• 3+ years in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 3+ years IaC/SecAsCode practices.
• 3+ years app security assessments, threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support application security standards.
• Partner with engineering to embed security into SDLC.
• Promote secure coding practices and remediate findings.
• Contribute to security automation for efficiency.
• Research emerging threats and perform security assessments.
• Design and support security controls across cloud and on‑prem.
• Mentor engineers and share security knowledge.
• Communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Participate in incident response as needed.
