Velox Valuations First Coast seeks Certified Residential Appraisers in the Sarasota area to tackle the 3.6 UAD transition. This role offers independence, flexible scheduling, and support from a premier franchise system.

You’ll receive a base pay plus incentive potential, health and retirement benefits, travel allowances, and tools to maximize productivity while delivering high-quality valuations.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license required.
• Must meet monthly production targets and maintain quality valuations.
• Ability to conduct property inspections and prepare URAR reports.
