Velox Valuations is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our team. You will provide residential appraisal services using advanced technology, while enjoying schedule freedom, assignment selection, and production goal setting.

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser with current licensure.

Responsibilities

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser

• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• Ability to complete physical property inspections
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
