Velox Valuations Piedmont is actively seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its team in Durham, NC. Work with advanced technology, set your own schedule, choose assignments, and pursue aggressive production goals within a supportive franchise system.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser required.

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology and methodologies.
• Set your own schedules, choose assignments, and manage production targets.
• Maintain timely communications with clients and ensure compliance with USPAP/UAD standards.

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
