Job summary

Velox Valuations Piedmont, an independent franchisee of Velox Valuations, is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its dedicated team. You will provide high-quality residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations technology while enjoying flexible scheduling, assignment selection, and personal production goal setting.

As part of the Velox Valuations network, you’ll receive one-on-one support, best practice knowledge sharing, and opportunities to maximize

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser.
• Geographic competency in real estate trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client needs.
• Ability to complete property inspections.
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions.
• Meet monthly minimum production targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations technology.
• Set schedules, choose assignments, and set production goals.
• Perform property inspections as required.
• Maintain high-quality appraisal reports for Orange & Durham Counties and surrounding areas.
