Job summary

OnePay Global LLC in the United States is seeking an Applied Scientist to lead AI and ML innovation. You will design and deploy ML/DL and LLM models to shape customer experiences, drive growth, and improve operations, partnering with product, engineering, and analytics teams.

You will build personalization and search/retrieval capabilities across our fintech platform, collaborate across functions, and advance production-ready AI solutions with initiative and a strong technical background in

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and productionizing ML/AI models with measurable impact.
• Experience building and productionizing LLM-powered applications, agentic systems, and traditional ML (ranking, recommendations, personalization).
• A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluency in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
• Drive and proactivity – builders who execute.

The Role

As an Applied Scientist at OnePay, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI and Machine Learning innovation! You will:

You Bring
