Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application security or related roles.
• 5+ years programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C/C++, PowerShell or Shell).
• 3+ years securing public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code or Security as Code practices.
• 3+ years conducting app security assessments, threat modeling, or vulnerability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support application security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate security into design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Remediate security findings and promote secure coding practices.
• Contribute to security automation initiatives for efficiency and scalability.
• Research emerging threats and perform threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.
• Design and support security controls across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Assist in vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Mentor engineers and share security knowledge through trainings and documentation.
