This builder-first role partners with engineers to improve secure design, automate tooling, and scale security across the software lifecycle.

You will work on fixes, threat modeling, and tooling, using AI judiciously to augment engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security, applications security engineering, or product security roles
• Strong programming, debugging, and system design skills
• Ability to threat-model systems and communicate risks clearly

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams on fixes and secure design improvements, contributing code directly.
• Investigate findings with evidence and practical solutions for responsible teams.
• Help build and maintain the application security program and its tooling, using AI to scale investigations.
• Build automation and integrate preventative controls into the software development lifecycle.
