Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a staff design engineer to lead block-level analog circuit design, simulation, schematic capture, and layout verification.

You will perform post-layout extraction and simulation, support top-level integration, and collaborate across analog, digital, and test groups.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, ADC experience, strong transistor-level knowledge, and proficiency with Cadence/Mentor tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum MSEE with 5+ years in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• Experience in ADC design (SAR/Delta-Sigma/Pipelined) is required.
• Strong transistor-level circuit theory and layout skills.
• Familiarity with Cadence/Mentor flow and AMS simulations.

Responsabilités

• Design block-level analog circuits and simulate them.
• Capture schematics and verify layouts.
