Job summary

Broadcom in San Jose is seeking an accomplished engineer to perform research and development in analog/mixed-signal ICs for high-speed data communication. You will tackle transistor-level design and layout of high-performance, low-power analog and digital circuits.

Laboratory characterization and debugging of prototype and production ICs will be part of your duties, with a strong emphasis on architectural exploration and hands-on experimentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE or related field required.
• 8+ years of related industry experience for Bachelor path.
• Master's degree plus 6+ years of related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal ICs and data communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform R&D in analog/mixed-signal ICs for high-speed data communication.
