The role focuses on building AI-driven development infrastructure, context engineering, and automation to empower engineers across the vertical and raise the technical floor for the team. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in professional software engineering roles.
• Demonstrated experience building developer tooling, automation systems, or AI-assisted workflow infrastructure in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI harness and scaffolding systems for AI coding tools across engineering workflows.
• Architect and implement context engineering infrastructure, including prompt systems and retrieval patterns.
• Build workflow automation that integrates AI assistance into CI/CD pipelines, code review, testing, and feedback loops.
• Develop reusable tooling, templates, and frameworks for teams to adopt without deep AI expertise.
• Collaborate with engineers across the platform to reduce workflow friction and scale velocity.
