CoreWeave is seeking a Staff AI Security Engineer to define and operationalize security across our AI ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and security engineering. You'll build secure‑by‑default foundations for AI development, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI adoption, balancing velocity with strong security guarantees. You will also partner closely with enterprise security and IT teams to manage AI‑adjacent risks across the corporate environment, including shadow AI, data exfiltration through AI tooling, and SaaS security posture for AI‑enabled platforms.
The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, we offer a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
