The Security Production Engineering team at CoreWeave is responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the secure infrastructure that underpins our AI cloud platform. This team ensures the reliability, performance, and resilience of security systems across a rapidly growing global footprint, enabling safe and efficient operations for enterprise and AI workloads at scale.
As a Production Engineer, Security at CoreWeave, you will design, build, and operate the systems that keep our platform secure, reliable, and highly performant. You’ll work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve system resilience, automate operational processes, and proactively mitigate risks. Your day to day will include developing scalable security infrastructure, enhancing observability, and responding to production incidents while continuously improving system reliability and performance.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
