Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping production software for AI-driven products.
• Ability to prototype quickly and translate high-level direction into concrete plans.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend systems and how they interact.
• Experience influencing multiple teams and defining architectural direction.

Responsibilities

• Research retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI techniques and define product roadmap impact.
• Prototype new ideas and ship production-grade features.
• Define technical direction spanning multiple teams within the company AI.
• Build and maintain both back-end and front-end systems for the company AI product.
