Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years testing, launching software products; 3 years in design/architecture.
• 5 years leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 2 years experience with GenAI techniques (LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 3 years in cross-functional/matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and roadmap for the orchestration runtime and GenUI streaming.
• Own platform adoption of new model generations, inference APIs, prompting, and tool-calling standards.
• Mentor engineers, set design and code review standards, grow production‑agentic expertise.
• Advance discovery, loading, versioning, and governance of 300+ skills and tools.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
