You will operate as an Ambiguity Buster, designing robust state machines and production-grade code to deliver generalizable horizontal agents and vertical enterprise solutions that solve real customer bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/ML or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience with Python/C++/Java/JavaScript/R.
• 5 years leading ML system design and distributed training, model deployment and data processing.
• Experience developing autonomous agents and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, ADK).
• Experience designing, pre-training, fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs and multimodal models.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 week Strike Sprints to prototype agent state machines, tool-use orchestration and reflection loops.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to translate prototypes into scalable enterprise solutions.
• Build generalizable horizontal agents to accelerate engineering velocity and automate end-to-end business value.
• Develop agent architectures, planning frameworks and self-improving foundation models.
• Collaborate across Google to disseminate playbooks and publish breakthroughs at ML conferences.
