Qualifications

• 5+ years testing and launching software products; 3+ years in design/architecture.
• 5+ years in ML design, ML infrastructure, or related ML field.
• Experience with integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design Minimum Viable Tests and prototypes to de-risk novel AI concepts.
• Apply deep expertise in agentic systems—planning, memory, context management, tool-use, and loops.
• Blend Software Engineering with Product Management, Research, Data Science, and UX Research.
• Analyze early signals to evaluate feasibility, prioritize rapid validation and learning.
• Collaborate with small cross-functional teams to turn ideas into technical directions.
