Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years testing, launching software products; 3 years in design/architecture.
• 5 years leading ML design and end-to-end ML optimization.
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts.
• 2 years building Generative AI applications and GenAI evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of engineering standards and no-regression release gates.
• Build core logic for multimodal agents enabling complex reasoning for business needs.
• Develop automated meta-layers to build, test, and refine agents.
• Embed Gemini and Vertex AI into enterprise infrastructure; collaborate with partner teams.
• Use data-driven analysis to improve model performance and reduce hallucinations.
