Hybrid work across Eagan MN, Frisco TX, and Ann Arbor MI, with rapid delivery focus and collaboration with product managers and designers to turn ambitious AI concepts into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership.
• 3+ years building scalable cloud applications and AI-enabled products.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and architect AI agentic systems for real-time interactions.
• Drive technical strategy, experimentation, and operational excellence.
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Ensure quality, security, and observability for AI systems at scale.
