Job summary

BairesDev invites an experienced Staff AI Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will lead backend AI features end to end, collaborating with a Principal Engineer and a tech lead while staying hands-on.

You will design LangGraph flows, build RAG pipelines, and ensure evaluation coverage. You’ll unblock teammates, shape production LLM systems, and drive scalable, observable solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Python experience and strong backend AI feature ownership.
• Proven production LLM systems experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Strong English proficiency.
• 4+ years React/Next.js and TypeScript experience.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• CI/CD and observability basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own backend AI features end to end.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines over data.
• Hold evaluation and tracing coverage on shipped AI behavior.
• Stay hands-on across development phases with Principal and Senior engineers.
• Unblock Senior engineers in the pod and surface blockers early.
